The U.S. version of the promo poster for The Remix features the so-called clean cover of the EP as it was issued in the United States. No other promo poster of this EP was released in the US. This poster measures 11" x 17".
In select countries outside the United States, The Remix EP was released in both a clean and a dirty cover. The dirty cover was used in a promo poster in Japan (where the EP was originally released) and in Thailand, which is the version that can be seen here. The Thai poster measures 52cm x 72cm, which is a little over 20" x 28".
The Remix was the first Lady Gaga release to also be promoted with a small promo card. The double-sided promo card features the clean cover on the front and release details about the EP on the back. The card measures 4" x 6".
